Mabel Allen spent Tuesday with her sister Mrs. May Jones.
Mrs. Wade Ditty is visiting her father, Wm. Dunham, this week.
Mrs. Altie Allen spent Tuesday evening at Monegaw Springs.
James Puffenbarger and family and Altie Allen and family spent Sunday
at Monegaw Springs.
Lorena Huffman spent last week with her aunt Mrs. Scott King, at
Monegaw Sprnigs, and attended the meeting.

An ice cream supper was held at Hiram Foster’s Saturday night.
The Osage river rose two and a half feet Sunday, which makes it too
high to ford.
M.R. Hemphill went to Colorado Saturday to enjoy the cool mountain
breeze for two or three weeks.
Mr. and Mrs. Jas. Harper and children of Springfield, are visiting
Mrs. Harper’s mother Mrs. Amanda Wright.

P.A. Tinsley and wife visited at Mr. Slavens’ Sunday.
Miss Maggie Higgins is seriously ill at her home with typhoid fever.
F.G. Naylor and family and Miss Zora Kennedy went to Henry county last
Friday with relatives.
The Embroidery club met at Mrs. Day’s last Wednesday afternoon. Mrs.
John Allen was a welcome visitor.
Clyde Naylor and wife, Paul, Eunice and Lillian Tinsley, Lillian and
Harriet Hammond went to Monegaw Springs last Friday for a week’s
outing.
