This community was made sad by the death of Bobbie Lee Carter, the seven-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Carter. Rev. Kirkland conducted the funeral at the Baptist church Saturday afternoon and he was laid to rest in the Benton Green cemetery.
