Gerald Lee Roberts, 70, Weaubleau, died Saturday, May 27, 2006, in Cox South Hospital, Springfield. The son of Harry and Frances Gangbin Roberts he was born Feb. 25, 1936, at Los Angeles, Calif.
A resident of Weaubleau the past two years, he was a retired pipefitterand welder.
Survivors include nine children, Dennis Roberts of Fleminton; Richard Gregory of Albuquerque, N.M.; Jimmy Roberts of the state of Oregon; Jesse Medeblas of the state of California; Debbi Steven of Victorville, Calif.; Geri Hess of Riverside, Calif.; Michelle Creekmore of Arcata, Calif.; Leslie Crow of Clovis, N.M.; and Connie Hankins of Houston, Texas; his former wife, Gloria Shamblin of Weaubleau; and several grandchildren.
