Hickory County Library provides 7 computers for public access. Residents
have free use of the library electronic resources, nonresidents are
charged a fee of $1.00 each time they use the library computers. In
addition to in-house resources, they provide access to several on-line

417-745-6939. Genealogy collection includes many local and national
genealogy resources including family histories, microfilm census, birth
and marriage records and access to Ancestry Plus on-line.
Polk County Genealogical Society in Bolivar has
publications for sale,
obituaries and old court house records for Greene, Dade, Hickory and
Polk counties.
They will also provide research assistance.
