Dito – Settlement of twenty-five people, in Butler Township, St. Clair County,
ten miles north of Osceola (county seat court house), and seventeen south of
Clinton, on the M.K. & T. Ry. (Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway). To these
points there is weekly mail stage. John Trissel, post master and furniture.
