Oare, Eliza to Wiley Hicks - 20 October 1866. - State of Missouri, County fo St. Clair, ss. - I hereby certify that I did on the 20th day of October AD 1866, at the residence of the Bride in the County and State aforesaid solemnize the rites of matrimony between Wiley Hicks of the County of Cedar and State aforesaid. And Eliza Oare of the County of St. Clair, and State aforesaid.
