Witnesseth: That whereas a marriage is about to be had and solemnized between the said parties and the said party of the second part is the owner of certain real and personal property and herein her own right a considerable sum of money. Now Therefore in consideration of the premises it is mutually agreed by and between the parties & these presents, that the said party of the second part shall upon the solemnization of said marriage and Notwithstanding the cause continue to own possess control have use and enjoy the sole and continued ownership, possession, control, use and enjoyment of all and singular the real estate, personal property, money and credits and all use rents issues and profits arising or to arise out of or thriftness which she may have or own at the Time of such marriage which may be signed by her after her marriage, by her death, or otherwise, demise, bequeath or otherwise free from all control of her said husband and from all right title or interest which he might by name of such marriage have aforesaid obtained in and to any such property as the rents issues and profits thereof had this agreement not been made. For issuances rents and resources for and described for all debts and liabilities contested or secured by the said party of the first part, at any time either first or subsequent to such marriage.
