Clem Hoover, brother of Laura (Hoover) Martin, born January
1876 and died after December 1956.
Above photo is of Clem standing near the banks of the Arkansas River, near
Mulberry, Arkansas.
He ran a ferry boat across the Arkansas River for over 20 years, in Sebastian
and Franklin Counties,
Arkansas.
