STREATOR/WOOLERY
Submitted 01/15/06 by Loretta Moon
Forrester
My grandmother Della Rose (Woolery) Moon was born and married in St. Clair
County, MO.
I cannot find her mothers family. I have her death certificate
- grandmothers brother gave the information and he just didn't have a clue.
Della's parents - William Anson Woolery -Martha Anne Streator/Straitor.
Martha Anne's death certificate stated she was born 4 Jul 1843 -son stated she
was born in Indiana - on the census it listed Illinois.
Death
certificate stated her father was Jacob Straitor- but our hand written
family history states Streator for her last name.
I know she was buried at
Landaker Cem. Would love to find her parents.....Thanks for reading.

GREEN, MCMILLIAN
Submitted 02/11/06 by Patricia

I am looking for information on my mother's family. Her mother's name was
Rosa Viola Green born in Osceola in 1905.I am looking for any information on
her father (Henry T. Green) and her mother (Jennie Salmons- was her maiden
name on her death certificate).
Rosa's half-brother James Green lived in
Osceola for over 40 years and I haven't been able to
find out anything on
him.He married Effie Wiley in the 1930's in Osceola and she had a daughter
named Leona,at the time that she died in the 70's her last name was
McMillian.I am looking for
anything, so any information would be
appreciated.
BADGERTON/BADGERO/BADGEROW
Submitted 02/15/06 by Floretta Woodworth
I am looking to find anything you might have on a family living
at Speedwell
Twp., St. Clair County, Missouri who were listed on the 1870 census as
follows:
Pg. 9 line 7-10 swelling and family number 61
Badgeron, W. age 37, b. New York males 21 yrs and upwards X
wife Elizabeth age 27, b. New York
Lucinda age 9, b. New York
Lebanan age 6, b. New York
I think the last name spelling might actually be Badgero or Badgerow. I
don't know what the W. for the head of househould stands for and I think the
children's actual names were Lorinda and Lewman Silas. From everything else
that I have seen the father and children were from Canada and the mother
from Pennsylvania.
Lorinda later married Joseph J. Dunkerson (Dunkeson) and had a child by the
name of Viola J. who was born in Missouri. Census records that I found later
than 1870 have Lorinda as coming to the U.S. in 1868 and her brother as
1866.
I think there is some connection to an Isaac Badgerow who was married there
in St. Clair County 23 Jan 1870 to Elizabeth J. Cockran.
Any information about this family or others connected to them would be
greatly appreciated.

I'm searching for relatives of my grandfather Orville Tullie Pace. He was born to Edward and Ora Pace in Collins MO in 1893. He had siblings named Donnie, Willie, Mattie, Grover, Ina, and Olof in 1900. Edward and Ora were still living in Collins in 1930.
GUINN
Submitted 07/08/06 by Kathy Edwards
I am in the Guinn line. I think mine starts with Champion or
maybe a brother to him named John. Then John maybe, and for sure next is Elious
Henderson Guinn. VA, NC, TN, AL. There was a Champion who md Dorcas Williams in
NC in 1787. I wonder if he is the dad to your Champion C. Guinn? One Champion
married to Rebecca Jackson 10/16/1841. Would this be yours or the older
Champion? All lived in Franklin Co., TN which was formed from Carter Co.,
and Greene Co. I think but not 100% sure. Older Champion was in Jackson
Co., AL in 1830 and aged 70/80 nearby was John 40/50 and Daniel 30/40, both
probably his sons?
Also a younger Champion Guinn in Lincoln Co., TN in 1820. 3 white males under
10, 2 were 10/16, and 2 who were 16/20 with no females. Did his dad leave, die
or what. Was older Champion his dad? Was he in war in 1820 or was he
living with Richard Calloway and his son Charles (born Feb. 15, 1788) who
was indentured in 1791 for 18 or was it 21 years?
Do you have any answers?
