I have been researching an ancester by the name of David Erasmus Brown. I have found some info that he had served as Pvt. in Co D, St. Clair Co., MO Militia. He was born in 1827 and is buried in Mayes Co. OK in the Ross-Mayes cemetery in 1910. I found this info and more at  http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Forest/7014/OKVetsBro.html.

Any info would be greatly appreciated, to include but not limited to their campaigns, etc..
