HOOVER,PERRINE,MARTIN
Submitted 12/02/04 by Maria Wolf
I am looking for my great grandmother's family. Her name was Laura D/N
HOOVER and she married Joseph MARTIN. Her father was Valentine D. HOOVER,
whose father was Alexander HOOVER, who married Margaret SMITH. Valentine was
the brother of James Madison HOOVER. One of James Madison HOOVER's daughters
married James PERRINE. I am also looking for some of the PERRINE family
members. Laura and Joseph had two children: William, who was my grandfather,
and an unknown daughter, who the family has never hear of, but I did find her
birth record on the Missouri Birth Records. Supposedly, Laura and Joseph died
when William was about 3 years old (William was born 2/1884). Was there some
kind of illness at this time in St. Clair Co., MO? Laura's mother and father
seem to have disappeared around this time too. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

BURNS HODGINS
Submitted 09/07/04 by
Kathy
I am looking for anything on Thomas E. BURNS and Mary HODGINS BURNS. They
were in St. Clair Co. in the 1850 census under the name BARNS. We know
they left sometime after that due to their view of slavery. Mary died soon
after that and her parents Robert HODGINS were still in the area so we
think she was buried in Missouri.I have been looking at the cemetary
listings but the last name is the only thing listed. There are BURNS'
buried in the Kings Prairie, Freeman/Holsapple, Appleton City, Lowry City,
Osceola, Robinson, and Union Cemetaries. If you have anything about this I
sure would love to hear from you. Thank you Kathy
I am looking for information on Albert Shirley MOORE who was born 5

(Prairie Home School District). His parents were Isaac Newton & Martha
Frances (Runnels) MOORE. Thank you for any help you can give.

census, Frank & Margaret had a daughter, Mary B., born September 1889
Missouri; Frank was born June 1865 Illinois; and Margaret was born February

am not able to locate them after 1900. Does anyone know where they may have
