Now at this day Comes the parties by their Attorneys And Roderick D.
McCullock the Commissioner appointed in this Cause by the Court
offers to the Court here his report, which is in the words and
figures Towit – “In pursuance of the Order made in the hearing of
this cause at the November term of this here Court for the year 1841
– I have been attended by the parties herein and in their presence I
have considered of the matters thereby to me referred, And I have
proceeded to Audit and adjust the several matters and accounts in
question in this cause, and upon a Settlement and Adjustment of the
Accounts Existing between Henry W. Crow, Philips Crow and Rich’d P.
Crutchfield Dec’d Composing the late firm And partnership of Crow &
Crutchfield, I find Henry W. Crow to be indebted to R.P. Crutchfield
dec’d in the sum of $158.11 cents And that Philips Crow to be
indebted to R.P. Crutchfield dec’d in the Sum of $319.67 cents, And
I further find that Philips Crow

Now at this Day Comes the parties by their Solicitors and Roderick
D. McCullock the Commissioner Appointed in this cause at the
November Term of this Court for the Year 1841 – files herein his
report Which is in the words and figures following – “In pursuance
of the Order Made at the hearing of this Cause at the November term
of this Here Court for the Year 1841 I have been attended by the
parties herein, And in their presence I have considered of the
matters hereby to me agreed, And I have proceeded to audit and
adjust the Several Matters And Accounts in question in this cause
and upon a Settlement And Adjustment of the Accounts existing
between Henry W. Crow, Philips Crow and Rich’d P. Crutchfield dec’d
composing the late firm and partnership of Crow & Crutchfield I find
Henry Crow to be indebted to R.P. Crutchfield dec’d in the Sum of
One Hundred and fifty Eight Dollars and eleven Cents, and that
Philips Crow to be indebted to R.P. Crutchfield dec’d in the Sum of
$319.67 cents, And I find that Philips Crow indebted to Henry W.
Crow in the Sum of $161.56 which will more fully appear by reference
to Statements of the respective individual Accounts of the Said
partners herewith filed

And marked C, D & E. I have computed Interest at the rate of ten per
Centum per Annum upon the account of each partner I do further find
that there is yet due upon notes and accounts to the said firm of
Crow and Crutchfield the sum of $1741.29 cents as appear from an
inventory thereof herewith filed and marked A all of which I certify
to this here Court” Therefore it is Ordered adjudged and decreed by
the Court here that the Said Pleasant M. Cox as administrator of the
Estate of Richard P. Crutchfield Deceased recover of the Said
Defendant Henry W. Crow the Sum of One hundred and fifty eight
Dollars and Eleven Cents And against the Said Deft Philips Crow the
Sum of Three Hundred and nineteen Dollars and Sixty Seven Cents It
is further Ordered and Decreed by the Court here that the Said
Defendant, Henry W. Crow recover of the Said Defendant Philips Crow
the Sum of One Hundred and Sixty One Dollars and fifty six Cents and
that the said Complainant have hereof his writs of Executions
against the Said Defendants And that the Said Defendants Henry W.
Crow have hereof his writ of Execution against the Said Defendant
Philips Crow.
[written in left hand margin:] I acknowledge satisfaction of Henry
W. Crow for so much of this Judgment as is rendered against him viz
$158.11.

Now at this Day Comes the parties here into Court by their
Solicitors And Roderick D. McCullock the Commissioner appointed in
Said Cause by the Court at the November Term 1841 files herein his
report which is in the words and figures following: “In pursuance of
an Order made At the hearing of this Cause at the November term of
this Here Court for the Year 1841 – I have been attended by the
parties herein And in their presence I have Considered of the
matters hereby to me refered and I have proceeded to Audit and
adjust the several matters and Accounts in question in this Cause
And upon a Settlement and Adjustment of the Accounts Existing
between Philips Crow and Richard P. Crutchfield Dec’d Comprising the
late firm of P. Crow And Co. That Philips Crow is indebted to
Richard P. Crutchfield deceased in the Sum of $129.75 as will appear
by reference to Statements of the respective individual

Accounts of the Said partners herewith filed and marked F & G And I
do further find that there is yet due the Said firm of P. Crow & Co.
upon notes and accounts the sum of $1486.25 cents as will appear
from an inventory thereof herewith filed Marked “B” all of which I
do hereby Certify to this Court” – Therefore it is Adjudged Ordered
and decreed that the Said Complainant recover of the said Defendant
Philips Crow the Aforesaid Sum of One Hundred and Twenty seven
Dollars and Seventy five Cents together with his Costs and Charges
in this behalf laid out And Expended And that he have thereof his
writ of Execution. And this Cause as to the Defts McCullock and
Hernan is by Concent of parties ordered to be Continued untill the
next term of this Court.

Be it remembered that on this Day Comes Charles P. Bullock the
Commissioner Appointed in this Cause and presents to the Court here
deeds One in favor of Benjamin H. Moore One in favor of William F.
Carter one in favor of Henry W. Crow And One in favor of Henry W.
Crow & Philips Crow And the Said Charles P. Bullock being personally
Known to the Court to be the person whose name is Subscribed to Said
deeds, Acknowledged the same to be his Acts and Deeds for the
purposes therein mentioned whereupon the Court do Order that the
Said Charles P. Bullock As Commissioner as aforesaid be allowed the
Sum of Seven Dollars And fifty Cents to be Taxed As Other Costs in
this Cause.

Petition to foreclose mortgage
Now at this day Comes the Complainant by his Solicitor and the
Defendant although solemnly Called Comes not but makes default
whereupon the plaintiff prays Judgment for his debt and Damages and
that the mortgaged property in said petition mentioned may be sold
to satisfy the same And whereas it is suggested proved and
manifestly appears to the Court here that the said plaintiff ought
to recover of the said Defendant for his debt the sum of $100.00 for
his debt also the further sum of Twenty Three Dollars and Thirty
Cents for his damages And it is further proved and manifestly
Appears to the Court here that the said Defendant to secure the
payment of the aforesaid Sum of One Hundred Dollars did make Execute
and deliver to the said plaintiff a deed of Mortgage to the West
half of the North west quarter of section thirty five in Township
Thirty Nine in Range No. Twenty Six west Containing Eighty acres
lying and being in the County of St. Clair in the State of Missouri
Therefore it is Considered by the court here that the said Plaintiff
recover of the Said Defendant the aforesaid sum of One hundred
Dollars for his debt and Twenty Three Dollars and Thirty cents for
his Damages together with his costs and Charges in this behalf
Expended and that he have his writ of Execution and it is further
ordered And decreed by the Court here that the Execution be levied
of the West half of the North West quarter of Section No. 35 in
Township No. 39 of range No. 26 West in the County of St. Clair, the
Mortgaged property in said petition mentioned to Satisfy said
Execution, and it is further ordered that if the said mortgaged
property be not sufficient to satisfy said debt damages and Costs
Then the residue to be levied of other goods and Chattles lands and
tenements of said Defendant.

Bill for partition of land
Now at this day Comes the parties here into Court and upon their
motion It is ordered by the Court here that John Smarr Sheriff of
St. Clair County be Appointed a Commissioner to divide the bonds by
him taken in the Sales of Certain lands in said bill mentioned under
the decree of this Cause in said the Decree in this Cause made,
among the respective parties in this Cause giving to each individual
party the one Third part thereof And it is further ordered that the
said Sheriff be allowed the sum of forty Dollars & Seventy five
Cents for his servises in Selling Said Lands and taking bonds
therefore.
