Now at this Day Comes the plaintiff by his solicitor And the Defendant being Solemnly Called Comes not, but Makes default, Wherefore The Said Complainant prays Judgment for his debt and damages, and that the mortgaged property in Said petition mentioned may be sold to satisfy the same wherefore the Court doth consider that the said complainant ought to recover against the said Defendant his Debt and damages and because it manifestly appears to the court here that the said plaintiff ought to recover against the said Defendant the sum of fifty Dollars for his debt and nine dollars & Eighty Cents for his Damages by way of interest – Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the said Complainant recover against the Said Defendant the Sum of fifty Dollars for his Debt and nine Dollars and Eighty Cents for his damages together with his Costs & Charges in this behalf laid out and Expended And that he have thereof his writ of Execution And it further Ordered and decreed by the court that the Said Execution be levied of the North east quarter of the South west quarter of Section Twenty six of Township Thirty nine and range Twenty six west the mortgaged property in Said petition Mentioned, and it is further ordered that if the said mortgaged property be not sufficient to satisfy said debt damages and Costs then the residue to be levied of other goods and Chattles, lands and tenements of Said defendant.

Now at t his Day Comes the Complainants by their Solicitors, whereupon the Court doth appoint Pleasant M. Cox Guardian of Said Defendant Lelia V. Crutchfield who files his written acceptance of said appointment herein Whereupon the said Lelia V. Crutchfield by Pleasant M. Cox her guardian And Benjamin H. Moore and William F. Carter who are made defendants to this Bill Also Comes here into Court by their Solicitors And the Said defendants for answers to the Said Complainants Bill says they Cannot deny but admits that the Statements and allegations in Said Complainants bill are true and it being ascertained and determined by the Court that Philips Crow, Henry W. Crow and Lelia V. Crutchfield are the legal owners of the land in Said petition mentioned it is ordered and decreed by the Court that Charles P. Bullock be appointed a Commissioner to convey by Deed all the right title interest and estate of the said Lelia V. Crutchfield in and to lot No. 4 and 5 in Block No. 14 also lot No. 6 in block No. 25 also lot No. 5 in Block No. 6 also lot No. 11 in block No. 4 also the whole of block No. 37 and No. 35 in the Town of Osceola to the Said Defendant Henry W. Crow his heirs and assigns, and it is further ordered and decreed by the Court here that the Said Commissioner do convey by deed to Philips Crow all the right title interest and estate of the said Defendant Lelia V. Crutchfield in and to lot No. 4 in block No. 12 and lot No. 12 in block No. 15 the whole of blocks No. 4 and No. 2 and six acres of land Southwest and adjourning said Blocks No. 1 and No. 2 in the Town of Osceola

And it is further ordered and decreed that the Said Commissioner Convey by Deed to Henry W. Crow and Philips Crow all the right title and interest of the Said Defendant Lelia V. Crutchfield in and to Lot No. 2 in Block No. 6 in the Town of Osceola And it is further Ordered and decreed by the Court here that the Said Commissioner do Convey by deed to Benjamin H. Moore all the rights title interest and estate of the said Defendant Lelia V. Crutchfield in and to Lot No. 8 in Block No. 4 and in Lot No. 3 in block No. 12 in the Town of Osceola – It is further ordered And decreed by the Court that the said Commissioner Convey by deed to William F. Carter all the right title interest and Estate of the Said Defendant Lelia V. Crutchfield in and to Lots No. One, Two and Three in Block No. 13 in the Town of Osceola And it is further ordered and decreed that the Said Complainants Convey by Deed to the Said Defendant Lelia V. Crutchfield all their right title interest and estate in and to Lots No. 10 and Two thirds part of lot No. 12 in block No. 4 lot No. 4 in block No. 25 lot No. 2 in block No. 40 lot No. 3 in block No. 6 and the whole of blocks No. 17 and 18 in the Town of Osceola It is further Ordered Adjudged And decreed That the Sheriff of St. Clair County Shall proceed to Sell to the Highest bidder for Cash in hand in the town of Osceola and county of St. Clair lot No. 10 in block No. 12 first giving four weeks notice of the time and place of sale by Six hand bills Signed by himself and put up in public places in Said County and to Execute a deed to the purchaser or purchasers when the purchase Money Shall be paid. It is further ordered Adjudged And decreed that the Said Complainants do Execute good and Sufficient deeds to William F. Carter and to Benjamin H. Moore conveying all their rights title and interest in and to the lots or parsels of land purchased by the Said Moore & Carter as in Said petition of the Complainants Mentioned.
