Bill in Chancery for partition of Estate
Now at this day Comes the plaintiff by his Solicitor as well as the
said Defendants John Beale, Robert K. Beale, James Beale, T. Jordan
Beale and George P. Beale by their Solicitor And upon their motion
leave is given them untill 60 days before the next term of this
court to file their Answers to the said plffs Bill.
Ordered that Court adjourn untill Tomorrow morning 8 Oclock. F.P.

Charles P. Bullock Commissioner appointed by this Court to Convey to
the Said Complainant James Ditty the south half of the East half of
the N.W. q’r. of Section No. 35 in Township No. 39 in Range No. 28 –
and renders to the Court here a Deed for the interests Title & Claim
of the aforesaid defts to the above described tract of Land who is
Known to the Court to be the person whose name is subscribed to this
within And deed as aforesaid As having Executed this same and
acknowledged the Same to be his act and deed for the purposes
therein Contained.

Bill Chancery for distribution of Estate
Now at this day again Comes the Complainant and shows to the Court
here that the defendants Warwick Gatewood, Margarett Gatewood,
William S. Kean, Catharine S. Kean, Andrew Fudge, Harriett Fudge,
Charles McClung, and William K. Beale, Sarah Beale, George P. Beale
& Tavernor Beale Are non residents of the state of Missouri and upon
Motion of the said Complainant It is ordered by the Court that the
said Nonresident defendants be notified by publication in some
newspaper published in this state for eight weeks successively the
last insertion to be at least four weeks before the Commencement of
the next term of this Court that the said Complainant has filed his
bill against them the object And general nature of which is to
obtain a decree for the distribution of the estate of the said
Charles Beale deceased and It is further ordered that the said
nonresident defendants be notified that unless they appear on the
first day of the next term of this Court to be begun and held which
Commences on the fourth Monday after the Fourth Monday in March next
at the Courthouse in the Town of Osceola in St. Clair County and
answer the said Complainants Bill the same will be taken as
Confessed against the

Ordered that all Causes And motions not otherwise disposed of be
Continued untill the next term of this Court.
