Civil Action
Now at this day comes the said plaintiffs by Waldo P. Johnson their attorney and on his motion. It is ordered by the undersigned Clerk of the St. Clair circuit court in vacation that this suit be dismissed at the costs of said Plaintiffs.

It is therefore Considered and ordered by the undersigned Clerk of said Circuit court in vacation that said suit and attachment be. And the same are dismissed at the costs of Said Plaintiff.
