Now at this day comes the Said Plaintiff and on his motion dismisses this Suit at his costs It is therefore ordered by me James W. Beck clerk of the St. Clair Circuit court that this cause be dismissed And that the costs in this cause be dismissed And that the costs in this cause be taxed against the Said Plaintiff.
