I Simeon Poston County seat Commissioner for the County of St. Clair do certify that at the Sale
of Lots in the Town of Osceola the County Seat for said County on the first day of November 1841
Nathaniel Bell became the purchaser of Lot No. 2 in Block No. 20 at the price of Ten Dollars
and seventy five Cents also on other Lot No. 10 in Block No. 31 at the price of ten Dollars and
seventy five Cents secured to be paid by three notes in three equal Seim annual installments with
B. Smith, Mc Mcdan'l his securities and when paid is entitled to a deed.
