O.C. Binns & T.C. Binns to L.A. Morris

Warranty Deed, St. Clair County, Missouri
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that O.C. Binns & T.C. Binns his wife of the
County of St. Clair, in the State of Missouri have this day for and in
consideration of the sum of One hundred and Forty DOLLARS, to the said O.C.
Binns in hand paid, by L.A. Morris of the County of St. Clair in the State of
Missouri GRANTED, BARGAINED and SOLD, and by these presents do Grant, Bargain
and sell unto the said L.A. Morris the following described Tracts or Parcels of
Land, situate in the County of St. Clair, in the State of Missouri; that is to
say:
S. pt South West quarter (1/4) of the South West quarter ¼ Section Twenty Seven
(27) Township Thirty eight (38) Range Twenty Seven (27) Containing Thirty acres
More or less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises hereby conveyed, with all the rights,
privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto
the said O.C. Binns, T.C. Binns, Their heirs and assigns FOREVER. I, the said
O.C. Binns hereby covenanting to and with the said L.A. Morris his heirs and
assigns, for himself, his heirs, executors and administrators, to warrant and
defend the title to the premises hereby conveyed, against the claim of every
person whatsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we hereunto subscribe our names and affixed our seals this 8
day of March 1892.

On this 8th day of March 1892, before me personally appeared O.C. Binns and T.C.
Binns his wife, to me well known to be the persons described in and who executed
the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged that they executed the same as their
free act and deed.
